China’s hardware ecosystem is powerful because many capabilities sit close together: components, modules, enclosures, PCBA, industrial design, solution providers, OEM / ODM factories, sample vendors, and small-batch production options.
But this density only becomes useful when the project need is clear enough to match. If a team only asks for a supplier list, the result is usually noisy. If the team can describe the product form, expected function, customization depth, sample goal, target quantity range, and acceptable trade-offs, sourcing becomes much more practical.
For existing China-made AI products, the same logic applies. The first step is not to collect random catalog links. It is to define whether the goal is sample buying, product comparison, light customization, OEM / ODM cooperation, or a production-ready supply path.
Move from “find a factory” to “find the right route.”
The better the route is defined, the faster supplier conversation can become concrete: sample availability, customization limits, quotation basis, minimum order quantity, certification needs, and production preparation.
- A clear sourcing target: finished product, sample unit, module, factory, solution provider, or OEM / ODM partner.
- A defined next step: supplier discussion, sample purchase, quotation, customization check, or small-batch preparation.
- A boundary around what Aixumo should help execute and what the customer should validate commercially.
